The Electric Juicer is an ideal one-step method for preparing a cell lysate from most fruits and vegetables. Suitable tissues include tubers, squash, leafy tissues, fruits, and pods. This is one of the few extraction methods that does not require added extraction liquids to obtain a cell-free extract. Consequently, the highly concentrated proteins and biochemicals in the raw homogenate optimize downstream purification or analysis.

How it works: Centrifugal juicers are the fastest juicers on the market.
