Small Chamber Assemblies

These chambers have total volumes of 15 or 50 ml.  For proper homogenization, the chambers should be filled approximately half full of beads and half full of your cell suspension.  The small chambers fit inside the standard 350 ml BeadBeater polycarbonate chamber.  The latter may be filled with crushed ice and water and to help keep the sample cold.

The chambers are made of stainless steel and polypropylene plastic and can be autoclaved, if desired.
